I had the idea for this photo for weeks, before it was executed. My babies are turning one and three next month and I wanted to remember it in photographs of course! There were balloons to buy, temps that needed to rise, and a husband that needed to get home by sunset… Buuuut things don’t always go as imagined, as you can see from the photo below! Mia was screaming the entire time, it was so windy the balloons were in a huge tangle, and my husband was not amused by my “vision”. In the end I got what I wanted (with a bit of Photoshop work), but I had to include this funny outtake here, because sometimes the path to the perfect photo isn’t always a straight line ;)
