I have had Buttonwood sunflower field bookmarked for the past few years as a “must visit”. The sunflowers only bloom for a few weeks each year and as timing went, this year worked out great! I was so happy our friends could make the trip with us and as you can see the girls have so much fun together. They loved exploring and being silly! The fields were very busy and the sunflowers well TALL, but the prefect spot was atop a small hill as the sun sets, such a gorgeous backdrop. Now, if I can just talk everyone into coming with me to CA for the super bloom next year… ;)
