Hey mama, I have a goal for you this coming year and it is to get your photos off your devices/computer and INTO you home! I have put together 15 ideas for you to get started!
1.) Yearly Calendar
What better way to ring in the New Year than with an adorable calendar! I put together a collage one for my mom each year (with the grand kids, of course) and it takes me under 2 hours. These simple ones will take you much less time! I love the designs at Artifact Uprising, Minted has a great wall calendar (including a oversized version), Snapfish and Shutterfly have low cost options.

2.) Framed Holiday Card
A great, EASY way to showcase your holiday card after the holidays are over! Pop it in a frame (dig through those old ones collecting dust in the closet!) and prop it up by your front door or your kitchen counter. This is great for those extra cards you had lying that you aren’t going to use, but feel bad throwing away. Bonus: make one for grandma too!
3.) Ornament
A second, super quick idea for you as you are putting away those holiday decorations. Pick out a few recent favorite photos (I often choose the same one I use for my holiday cards, easy peasy) and create an ornament. Store it away with the holiday decor and you will be so happy to see it next year! You can customize the whole ornament or print out a photo to slip in—the important part is that is has the year on it. These are by far my kids’ favorite holiday decorations to take out each year!

4.) Photo Art
Turning your photos into a work of art is a fun idea to create something unique for you home. Definitely a statement piece in any room you put it in! Minted has great ideas, and will even frame it for you!
5.) Wood Prints
Similar to photo art, wood prints are such a neat idea to turn a favorite photo into a piece of art! I’ve used Woodsnap to print as a wedding gift and it was beautiful. They even do coasters if you are having trouble committing to a large print!

6.) Albums
I love creating yearly albums for our family. The kids love to look back on themselves when they were “little” and by documenting by year, I can quickly find a certain event or age to view. I have used Blurb to make albums for years—it has the best quality I can find for the size of the album I need (300+ pages). Artifact Uprising makes beautiful books if you are making a smaller book. There are many lower cost printer options as well, you just want to look for a nice quality paper. Albums can definitely take a few weeks to put together, but keeping your photos organized throughout the year will cut your time in half!
7.) Photo Box
Does tackling a yearly album seems too daunting for you—how about a yearly box? There are options with cloth, metal, wood and even custom wood printing. So cool and makes a great gift too. I printed out one for my brother and SIL with all their wedding photos (the ones from the photographer, but also the ones taken by various friends and family throughout the weekend).

8.) Board Book
Mamas of toddler, this is for you! Print out a book of their “favorite people” or an A-Z book of their favorite things.
9.) Mini Brag Books
If you travel a lot, an accordion book is a great way to keep your kiddos close to you, and is so easy to throw in your purse or car. Artifact uprising has a mini Instagram book you can upload directly from your feed. Easy as pie!

10.) Gallery Displays
Picking out and framing photos for wall art can be a bit daunting, but how about an easily-changeable display? Shelves are great, or try this brass easel for a smaller display.
11.) Hanging with clips
Displays with clips are great too! I have a display in my mudroom where I mix in the kids’ artwork with photos and holiday cards, come Christmastime.

12.) Notepad or Journal
The following are 4 of my favorite easy products you can put your photos on. First up is a customized notepad, which is guaranteed to make you smile each time you add an item to your never ending to-do list!
13.) Phone Case
Such a great idea! I have given this as gifts to clients after their photo session with a favorite image of their kids. Such a hit and fun conversation piece!
14.) Water Bottles or Travel Tumblers
There are many options for water bottles, and travel tumblers—this is a great way to keep your fav photos with you at all times!
15.) Blanket
I bet your kiddos would love this! You can even create one for each of them, so they stop stealing your blankets!
